Logic Renovations & Contracting
30% to 40% of Logic customers are return customers. "For instance, we’ll have a customer call and tell us we did their bathroom three or four years ago and now they want us back to do their entire main floor,” says Owner Vern.
Many of the houses Logic Renovations ‘reno-vises’ were last touched in the 1970s. No judgement from us when you call; we may just ask to have a small(ish) disco party before we get right down to work.
Your reno request is never beyond the Logic Renovation team’s skill set. Sometimes the Logic Renovations team can not accommodate your timelines, but then we have a wait list of customers who want and trust the Logic team to do the work and don’t mind waiting.
Renovation and Restoration
You want a new bathroom, a new kitchen or the base boards and molding jazzed up? We can do that. Insurance claim work? We’ve done that, too. Just a little electrical work?
